An apple a day

I (obviously) don’t post on here very often. Sure, I’ve had a lot of other things going on — writing a novel, for example — but I don’t want to neglect this blog or my art. The other day I came up with what I think and hope will be a solution.

In January, I’ll post a drawing a day. In February, I’ll post a painting a day. (Digital painting, I should add.) In March, I’ll post a 3D render a day, focusing just on the model. In April, I’ll do the same, but focusing on texturing. In May, ditto, but focusing on lighting. And in June, I’ll post a logo a day. And after that, well, I’ll worry about that when I get there. :) (But I’ll probably just start over with a drawing a day.)

This is all subject to change, of course. But at the very least it’ll get some wheels turning and make stuff start happening. We’ll see how it goes. (Truth be told, I’m itching at the bit to get started. I might do some other per-diem thing for the rest of December, since I don’t know if I can wait all the way till January. :))
